From humble beginnings to industry leader, our journey is rooted in solving real-world challenges.
Born from a need for better solutions
Our Story
This innovative idea took off, and soon they were selling over 120 forklifts per year. But in 2005, when Swinger discontinued the 110 loader platform, the Voss family took the leap to design their own solution.
From scratch, they built the first Hummerbee compact articulated forklift. This marked the beginning of a legacy. Over the years, Hummerbee expanded its lineup, creating the Turbo II and XRT models, and has since sold more than 3,000 forklifts.

Returning to Our Roots with Proven Designs
As the market evolved, so did Hummerbee. The resurgence in popularity of compact articulated loaders inspired the team to revisit their origins. Drawing from the dependable Swinger 110 design, they developed the 500 Series of compact loaders.
Expanding the lineup further, Hummerbee introduced the 500 and 700 Series loaders, built on the proven platform of their larger XRT forklift. By utilizing these trusted designs, Hummerbee continues to deliver the toughest and simplest compact loaders to meet the demands of modern industries.
